Return & Refund Policy

Fabrica adheres to customer-oriented after-sales service and provides standardized return and refund guarantee for all purchased clothing products.

Return Eligibility & Time Limit: Customers can apply for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. All returned products must be kept in new, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition, with original tags, labels and complete packaging intact.

Return Application Process: Please send a return application via our official email, provide your order number, product photos and return reasons. We will review your application within 1–2 working days and send you detailed return instructions.

Refund Rules: After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return standards, we will process the full or partial refund within 7–10 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Shipping Fee Rules: If the return is caused by product quality problems, wrong delivery or our mistakes, we will bear the return shipping fee. If it is a personal reason (dislike, inappropriate size, unnecessary purchase), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Situations: Products with worn traces, washed, damaged, missing tags and packaging, or customized products are not supported for return and exchange.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for free before shipment. Once the goods are shipped, cancellation is not supported, and you can apply for return after receiving the package.
